Tied Toy

Waldo was going absolutely ga ga over this toy. He kept knocking it under the bed which meant of course the whining and crying and scratching for it. So...I tied it up onto his crate. Yeah that worked...for all of 10 seconds.

Vacuum Cleaner

When I drop food on the floor the dogs eat it up. They are vacuum cleaners. It sucks when it's really yummy food. And THEY get to eat it.

This is a blurry shot but it's so cute when Nestle half sits on the dog bed only with her butt on it and her front legs off. She's using it like a chair. :)

Chin Rubs

In the morning when I wake up and use the bathroom Waldo always sleepily stumbles over and sits in front of me to get his chin rubbed. He does that when I get home too.

Another Package

I got another package today! And of course there has to be the ritual of smelling it thoroughly.

This blurry picture is of Nestle pushing her way into the package I received from Trixie before I could even finish opening it. There were bones in there and she obviously thought it was her package and not mine. :)

I'm So Sexy

I noticed Waldo sitting this way and I said look honey...I don't think I've ever seen him sitting all off kilter with his back legs all on one side. He usually sits with them right in front of him (Who knows. He probably has and does sit like this all the time and I just never noticed before.) So Alan looked at him and said yeah that's his I'm so sexy pose.

Outside

Remember how I was saying it was so hot yesterday... well I think our AC is broken. The house was warmer then it was outside. So me and the dogs sat out there while I brushed them. They were both happy and alert watching people walk by. Nestle sure needed the brushing. Waldo sheds everywhere and obviously Nestle doesn't because when I brushed her gobs of fur came out. Her fur was everywhere.

Eating Ice Or Chasing It Down the Hallway

It is soooooo hot. HOT. And Waldo is playing with his orange ball up and down the hallway. It's too warm to be playing with that ball! And dogs are not people. I can't say "Waldo stop playing with that ball, it's too hot." Well actually I did say that to him but him being a dog he didn't understand what I was saying. I had to take it away from him.

So I gave the dogs some ice to help cool them down. Now Waldo is pushing that around, up and down the hallway. Why he doesn't just keep it in his mouth and chomp it up...I don't know.
