Trying to put a picture up

Ok big dork that I am...I just realized I could put pictures up. Ok...let me give this a try

This is Waldo chewing one of his favorite toys. It's a soft furry cube and he lays there for the longest time with his little eyes closed making this little gurgling noise while he happily chews away. I betcha he could lay there for hours doing that.

The gross thing is the cube gets sopping wet. SOPPING. And whatever it's on is wet. The carpet, a pillow or in this case our bed. And that's another reason why he shouldn't be on the bed.

Under the bed again

Waldo has lost another toy under the bed! He then lies there with his head stuck in as far under the bed it can go (which isn't very far cuz his head is so damn big) and he whines and whines and whines. So I finally go and search for whichever toy he has lost now. And usually there are like four or five under there. And most often then not it's the one that's way way in the middle that I can't reach without a long stick. So I finally manage to get it and he is all happy for something like five minutes. Because he jumps around playing and knocks it under the bed again and it's a never ending cycle.

Oh...but even more crazy then that...he sometimes lays there whining of course with his head under the bed. And I look under the bed and no toy! Crazy!

Silly Dog

Waldo is such a goober. I'm all alone at home right now and I hear a door close. So I'm sitting there and I don't know what I was thinking. I heard it close but I didn't go check. I was preoccupied working on a web page. So maybe 10 minutes later it dawns on me. Silly Waldo has locked himself somewhere. So I go searching for him and sure enough he's in the bathroom in the dark waiting for me to open the door for him. What a goober!

Waldo my spoiled little bulldog

So this is my first post. Is that the right word for it?

I wanted to talk about my sweet English Bulldog, Waldo. He's a spoiled little bugger. He used to sleep on the bed all the time. It might as well have been his own damn bed. But recently our other dog, Nestle, got hurt. And it took her many many many weeks to recover and since then we decided NO DOGS on the bed. :( We don't want them to hurt themselves jumping off of the bed. :(

But try to tell spoiled Waldo that! My husband, Alan, is sleeping and Waldo jumps onto the bed. Now this isn't any easy thing to do for the pudgy boy. The bed is 2 feet and 5 inches tall. He was sitting there staring at the bed like he was psyching himself up for the jump and pop up he goes. So I grab him and put him on the floor. Not a simple thing to do since he does weigh freaking 65 pounds or something. And the little stinker jumps up again. So I reach for him and he squirms away and goes and lies by Alan. God, he's a spoiled brat! But I LOVE him!
