Tied Toy
Waldo was going absolutely ga ga over this toy. He kept knocking it under the bed which meant of course the whining and crying and scratching for it. So...I tied it up onto his crate. Yeah that worked...for all of 10 seconds.

It's one of those ideas that we just know SHOULD work but for some inexplicable reason just DOESN'T.
